I haven't got the G3 but I can tell you it was love at first sight with the G36C. Good damage, great accuracy even on auto and the iron sights are very easy to use.

From what I heard the PKM is only for short to medium range. G36C covers it all and has decent clip size. Best part is you can out-snipe snipers with it too :)

I used to think this way too, but after picking up a couple of the G36's the ironsights ARE pretty much scopes...Now I'm torn on whether it will be PKM or G36C next :cry:

Same here... I went to an unlocked server to try the G36C becuase I was weary of unlocking it since I liked the red dot so much. That quickly went away, the iron sights on the g36c feel quite natural.

If you play SpecOps a lot, then get the G36C.

I unlocked G36C just recently and I have been very pleased with it. It's very accurate and very nice weapon to use.

The G3 is very good if you know how to use it. The PKM is VERY good. Youll be very impressed with that gun. Its very good in urban maps, it's nicknamed "the squad killer" for its amazing power and accuracy in short-medium ranges. However it isnt very good at long ranges, you may want to use your pistol or take cover or something.

From what I've heard the G36C is very good as well. If you're not sure go with the PKM, you wont be disappointed.

I snipe with the G3 but it has a lot of recoil and a small clip and seems too take longer to reload. I would go with the G36, but to me the best weapon is the AK 101.

get G36 if you are an all around player
you can even snipe with this but you can't camp with this it sucks at defense

get G3 if you like to play some close up urban warfare
G3 own the world under 50m
just watch out for ak they fire faster

Yes, however the hand thrown grenades can do stuff that the launcher ones can't. Yes, they take more skill to use, however the kills are very satisfying. For example, you can waste someone with a hand thrown nade without seeing them, which you can't do with the launcher.

I second that.

The G36C is awesome ..... almost like a full auto sniper :P Bit weak in close combat but still the most improved unlock imo.

Im surprised I havent been accused of cheating with 1s1k from 100m :P
