Yes and has to be commander pts before the x2. Meaning you can't whore up to 50 points mutiny and get it.

I know and i thought i put it in the tips :/ ok just checking because i got 50 points last night in a server but it only lasted 20 min . I was so pissed.

i got so mad i got that ribbon and it never showed up in my stats so now i have to go get it again

I know what you mean. I got the helicopter service ribbon but it nerver showed up in the bfhq.

Ya it is, u dont understand how hard it is to get the staff officer ribbion. Everything has to be perficly even on both sides.
