Take out a Blackhawk in one shot..

Somebody posted an image of where to shoot a blackhawk, so I tried it and recorded video of it. It doesn't work everytime, but I guess it's worth a try while your on the battlefield.

Ah shit, I just saw in Tips and Tricks somebody made a vid. I didn't see that before I did all this, all I saw was a pic of where to shoot it

My understanding was that shooting out the wheels (for a one shot kill) only works on a grounded blackhawk... Can anyone clarify?

Well next time I play (which will be when I get home from gay school ) I'll record while I'm playing a Mashtuur and try it out on some BH whores.

Since I'm the one who originally put the thread on the EA UK forums, you're hitting the tire in the wrong place.

First off you want to hit the front or back of any tire on any flying vehicle. The first video was correct (you hit the front of the tire). The second video had you shooting the side of the tire - no sweet spot. You can shoot the front or back of the rear tire on the Black-hawk, but its a smaller wheel.

Personally I think the sweet spot should be moved right below the rotor.

I managed to shoot down a Blackhawk that was supposedly in mint condition with one AT-missile shot so it definately does work. Too bad there was only 2 ppl inside.

Remember, hit the front or back of the wheel of any flying vehicle (not the side).
