this is most likly the wrong spot so mod if it is please move it.

i had the old dxd9_25 problem, and i sucessfully installed it.
then it flashed black and kicked me out.
i heard the solution was system package 2 so i got it and installed it.
nothing changed Help!

Have you tried uninstalling DirectX itself?
This program may help:

DirectX Eradicator 2.0

ps i have a HP Pavilion ze5185 microsoft windows xp professional varsion 2002 service pack 2
