Is there any differenece between BF2 PC DVD and PC CD versions besides the number of disks?

not tht i am aware of. just the number of disks. and bf2 dvd, u need a dvd player on ur comp lol.

No, the only difference is the number of discs. The DVD and CD versions are identical.

dvd version is limited ed. its very rare to one now.
i did see dvd version on circuitcity website.

UK got DVD version only, same as HL2.

I got the DVD version from Gamspot and got the game the day before it came out (tuesday) :)

I got the DVD from my local Staples. I had no idea they were rare, I didn't see a CD version. Although, one of my friends can't find a copy of the game at all.
