    New ATI Drivers

    I just installed the new ATi 5.8 CATALYST drivers. They have a fix for corrupted textures in BF2 and for my short test they worked fine.

      Thanks for the heads-up on the new drivers. I probably wouldn't have checked for a few more days.

          who has the new 5.8 driver with the X850 XT PE? what is the average fps with everything on high?

              I have the ATI X-800 XL
              Athlon 3700 + (OC'd to 4000+)
              2 gigs OCZ ram

              I'm averaging 40 to 60 FPs at 1024 X 768 with everything on high 6X AA

              I don't see any improvements in speed but it seems stable without artifacts.
