hold tab, right click, go to manage, find his name and check the box

It's often far too difficult to kick people off servers though, as the required number of people to vote is simply too high.

I got so tired of people trying to vote the commander off that I turned the voting option off after the first week.

Too much abuse.

Isn't that the truth. When you get some lame ass going for his Explosive Ordinance Badge by blowing up your team's assets and you try to vote kick then, it never seems to happen.
I had to step in last night and let him TK me some times in order to get him kicked.
