Ok, after installing and reinstalling the games off and on for the past month I FINNALLY got it to work BUT! I can only play unranked servers on version 1.0. I can't install the patch or uninstall the game :cry: . Is there anyway someone can help me to install the patch. The problem with it is when its verifying it tells me there is no temporary bf2 folder or somethin like that:cry: .

Search the Battlefield 2 folder in my documents.
See if there is a folder in there, if not...try creating one...see if that helps!

If it doesn't, simply delete the folder that you created and contact EA!

What to do?

I would uninstall everything...delete the folders and reinstall bf2, reboot, then install the patch. reboot. if that doesn't work....uninstall again...then if you know what you're doing...use a registry cleaner....reinstall....reboot....install patch...if that doesn't work..you're fuckled...

P.S. make sure all programs are shut down...anti-virus..ect...
