Do some servers take longer to upload stats than others?

I earned multiple badges and ribbons about 4 nights ago, and they still haven't shown up. The same night and the night after, I earned more ribbons and badges, and they have shown up.

I know this has happend to me once before where my Engineer Combat badge took 4 days to show up even though I had earned it so long before.

Does this happened to others? When should I bother trying to re-earn the badges?

And does anyone know what happens if you earn a badge on a european server?

yes , on some servers it will only take a few hours , on others , whole days
but , at least with me , they eventually show up.
European or US , it´s all the same , just the official EA servers are the fastest at updating
