I prefere Hand Grenades to Noob Cannon

Call me crazy, but it's true. When I first started BF2, I played Assault until Lance Corp. Then I played support with my PKM unlocked. Now I've been floating around to get easy beginner badges. I've since tried returning to assault, and I have to say I miss the grenades offered in almost all other classes. I just don't like using the noob cannon. Sure, it's useful against armor (if you want to stand there and hit the back about 3 or 4 times), but the splash damage of a hand grenade is menacing.

Because of this, I'm thinking the G3 may be perfect for my second unlock.

Bake=time until explode. Like if I throw a nade at some dude and my teammate run's in about a sec. after I throw it. If I was able to bake it first that would never happen. Anywho Nade's r0x!

Well - remember: Both the Medic and The assault have M16s. They are the exact same gun, just the Assault has an M203 on it. So if you want an m16 with hand grenades, go medic

No, Medics have the M4. It's the smaller, lighter, more compact (shorter barrel) version of the M16.

Well, I find it depends what style you play. If you like to rush, noobcannon is the way to go. If you like to hang back, then hand nades are for you. There are times though I wish I had hand nades instead of the noobcannon. Example: when people are on the roof. It's easier to toss up hand nades and the chances of killing are much higher.

cant get those nades to hit beside somone always miss. ill stick with my c4 and M203

Either way, the Medic class has no armor, while the Assault class has armor.

Amen to this.

Today I got at least 15 M67 kills. When i was trying. Very usefull if you come across multiple enemies and they havent noticed you yet, dash one on the floor and to either side and viola.

I was in a blackhawk once in a passenger seat and i managed to throw a M67 into a level of a building on kubra dam and got a kill when the gunners couldnt. G3 + Grenades = win.

Could do with more magazines and a few more smoke grenades though.
