Mods???
Hey there, has anyone found any good mods yet?? Cant be bothered to download something that turns out to be Sh**, Anyone got any recomendations? Also how do you turn of the intro movie????

i can recommend the excentriker-realism-mod the latest version always to find on http://www.excentriker.de/bf2/ small download (730 KB) , easy to install (INSTALL.bat) , all modifications listed in the readme file in the .zip
Main-features are:
- blood-effect when players get hit
- tweaked sniper-rifle system, for better balancing between US and MEC/CH
- various tweaks of the damage and deviation system of most handheld and stationary weapons (slightly more damage and precision)

To deactivate the movies you just have to delete, move or rename the .bik files from ...\Battlefield 2\movies\ .
The menu.bik and menu_loggedin.bik are the movies that are played in the background of the BF2-menu, you can deactivate them too.
