BFHQ Time Format?

I did a few searches and did not find anything. I applogize if this is posted and I am reposting the question.

What is the time format for BFHQ?

hh/mm/ss
mm/ss/100's ss

For example I have played Squad leader for 57:56:03 so does this mean 57hrs/56min/03 sec?

Just trying to clarify.

I was figuring it was the hh/mm/ss format....but then I look at my helo time and it threw me off....I don't spend much time in one at all and it says 3hrs.
