Is there a site that ranks and reviews maps?

I am looking for a place that ranks and reviews the maps everyone is creating.
1. It would be helpful if everyone ranked and reviewed them.
2. An independent party (The map guru) occasionally(every 3 days) ranked one of the members in the top 25.
3. It gives screenshots, maybe a similar set for every map

• a preview map shot
• a shot of each CP area
• a highlight shot or two.

4. A download link for the map
5. A list of servers playing the map

I would like it to work something like the mmorpg.com ranking of games, or similar.

Is this something that EA would provide or would a third party provide something like this. Does it exist, etc.

I knwo someone is working on something like this, a Gallery of maps and a list of notes for people to see which servers it is being played on.

It would be great for there to be a central location that all mappers knew of, and all players could go to.

It would seem that the BF2 client should know that there is a map on the server that you do not have, and stream the data down to you and put it in place. How do I know in the server browser that the server I am connecting to has a map that I do not have installed. It seems like this is all kind of hodge-podge and could be so much smoother either through EA, or through a combination of EA and some third parties.

It is just painful to play new maps...

Maybe someone could make a mod so you can download from a server, would be nice.
