One shot on the wheels with the rocket = Instant kill. Never tried but gonna try it soon cause I only play on Karkand.

its simple ! its displaying a one shot kill spot on the BH ... get em while they are capping flags in the hover...

they are supposed to no longer be invincible with a full crew.....there is another thread about this already.

This is old. And I have tested it.

It only works if you shoot the rear of the front wheels of the BH.

First of all, it's Dice's fault stop blaming EA, they just sell the game.
They put the hitboxes upside down, and it thinks the engines are the wheels. But I think this doesn't work if you move them.

They put the hitboxes upside down, and it thinks the engines are the wheels. But I think this doesn't work if you move them.

Where is the facts on this....yes I would say DICE does most of the programming but EA def doesn’t only just sell the game...but that’s just my opinion for I haven’t looked into it myself but I’m pretty sure EA has a rather large programming and development department....

But regardless I know that this is an arcade type game but it has a realism feel to it and in my opinion that is sooooooooooo completely opposite of realistic even for a arcade type game.... and that’s my 2 cents

Since I'm the one who originally put the thread on the EA UK forums, you're hitting the tire in the wrong place.

First off you want to hit the front or back of any tire on any flying vehicle. The first video was correct (you hit the front of the tire). The second video had you shooting the side of the tire - no sweet spot. You can shoot the front or back of the rear tire on the Black-hawk, but its a smaller wheel.

Personally I think the sweet spot should be moved right below the rotor.

Alright... you're saying that one shot taking down a black hawk is unrealistic? In much the same way that it usually takes two missiles from a station ground battery to down a helicopter? Yeah right.

In much the same way that an ANTI-freakin'-TANK round will not shred a chopper, or at least damage it enough to ground it.

We were being super-realistic with the copters up until this point.. damn..

We're not debating that...this is an arcade game; if you want realism go play the Project Reality mod.

Notice ANY wheel on a flying vehicle works if you hit it in the front or the back.

Like I suggested, I wish they put this sweet spot at the rotor.
