3d map key, I can't get it to work.

I just saw this entry in the controls a couple days ago, but I can't get it to do anything, is it for commanders only? or something else, if it does work i'd like to know how.

It should be on by default when you first enter a server. There isnt much of a 3D map, it only shows up when you get within range of your own team. Flags should show up from further away though.

you can turn it on and off with the [ALT] key :)

it turns the icons on and off

Not really, sometimes if you are shooting a distant target, you can't see em, cus of the flag that is in the way, so then it's obviously very handy to turn it off for a moment.

Also for directional twats like me its easy to see where the enemy base is :p otherwise I end up blowing up my own base lol.
