I had a pilot in the oil fields flying the cobra named kingsnake95. He was the best that I have seen. Gave me plenty of chances to lay waste to some sand ******s.

I consider myself decent with both transport/bh and attack helos.... Can hover / etc.. when whoring it up in the bh, but I prefer to fly the cobra or mi-28. I think the cobra is a bit more responsive, but the gun on the MI-28 is awesome..

If I have my dedicated gunner, who's also a good pilot, we can usually cause plenty of trouble for the opposing helo..he's mad good with TV'ing helos out of the air...

I did fly on Kubra with someone, dont remember the exact name, he had a clan tag in front, and the rest was something like "aaron_not_XXXXX" We flew the cobra the entire map and finished 1st and 2nd respectively, and I got my crew service ribbon at the same time...died 2 times the entire map -- awesome pilot...

Sorta OT - rant on attack helo pilots. While I love to fly, its not the only thing I do, and nothing gets me more than getting raped by the attack helo on the ground while our attack helo pilot is looking for ground targets of his own...your job in that helo is to engage the other attack helo and keep him from pwning the
infantry/armor.....we've even had to get one of our guys in a jet to work over the helo it was so bad....

BF2 has the ghey DC choppers. I played DC 2 times and uninstalled it because you could shoot a chooper all day with AA and it would just turn and then blow you up.

AA was just fine in DC, and no BF2 doesnt have DC choppers, it has the crummy BFV choppers.

I wish it had DC choppers, it would be alot better then.

My stats would probably show me to be a decent chopper pilot, but I can recall playing gunner on dalian to a very skilled pilot who would actually roll the chopper with such ease while evading stingers. Best pilot I ever saw. Wish I'd remembered his callsign.
