Punkbuster, kick the punk!

I'm NO Punk! (cheater that is)
I keep on getting kicked saying No packet flow..
I updated punkbuster manually
Now let me see if i got this right

put PBWEB.EXE in PB folder in proper directory
Run PBWEB.EXE and it updates from 2.2 - 2.3
Run it again to Update client. CLIENT STAYS "PB NOT INSTALLED"

Anyone know why i keep getting kicked im guessing cause of the above message just wanted to know if anyone could help thank you !!

No packet flow generally means that the PB server is having difficulty maintaining a connection to you. It's not saying that you are cheating in any way.
What internet connection do you have? upstream and downstream.
Are you running any external programs that might take up valuable bandwidth?
