What do you other admins kick and bann for what is your criteria.

Kicking:
Using constantly bad language, abusing other users, spamming & VOIP spamming, intensive teamkilling or low negative score (autokick on my server for both), idling....making room for server members & stuff like that...

Banning:
pissing admin or server without a very good reason, spamming with www sites, announcing other servers... If I see teamkilling whore (example. to take helicopter) and other stuff.
