How odd? Uneven 2x Commander scores

Whilst playing as Commander yesterday, my team won three rounds on different maps. (GO SQUAD GO). On one of the maps I got Silver, with 77 points after the 2x was figured in. Hmmm, am I missing something here? Are half points awarded for anything? If not, I should have 76 or 78. Or am I doing the math all wrong?

i notice this too... im not sure but i think arty kills are added in at the end of the round(1pt each) im not sure but i think thats what it is...
