I hope it wasn't an attempt to be politically correct or a current-state-of-affairs-motivated decision on EA's part. These guys in the photo look too much like insurgents or terrorists, rather than uniformed troops associated with a real army, thus entitled to rights under the Geneva Convention. Personally, I would like to see less enemy in official military uniform and more with BDU's and head dress. But that's just me.

They are having insurgents and such in the expansion. They probably saved the skins for that.
