C4, Mines, and Claymores After Death...

I am under the impression that you are unable to use your unexploded, deployed C4 rounds if you are killed before you hit the detonator button. Is this correct? Also, I think that the AT mines and Claymores will work after you are killed. Can anyone confirm any of this by experience?? Thanks for the help.

I know for a fact because I did this myself when I lay down mines or claymores and then I die they will detonate if a vehicle passes by on them or people (for claymores). But C4 won't since you are the one who has to detonate them.

C4 does not work after you die. Claymores and AT mines work for a limited time after you die. Eventually the claymores and mines will disappear.

If you can respawn an pick up your old kit before it rots then you can set off the c4 then pick your new kit back up an be fully supplied.

Actually, your C4 can be detonated if you or someone else picks up your kit.

c4 works. i got 2 packs on a tank then died. the c4 was shot and i got the kill :)

I believe the time[r] is 30 seconds after you die - then it disappears.

c4 can't be shot to make it explode

well for C4 its only comon sense i mean u die u loose ur detonator and u revived with a new one so they dont work on the same frequancy so u cant blow it up. as for Claymore it should work cause u dont need anything to detonate with.
