I take back all the good things I said about the M95

When I unlocked the M95 about 4 weeks ago (mabye longer), I thought it was the cure for canser. I used no other sniper rifles since then. But today, I accidentally forgot to press the tab that would let me use the M95 and I got stuck using the M24. And I dominated. I had my best round ever as a sniper. 36/2 kill to death ratio. NO BULL$%!#! Then I played another round and I had a 19/3 Kill to death ratio. And it keeps going from there. Usually when I use the M95, I average about 10 kills and 5-10 deaths. But then I realized, with the M95 being so inaccurate, if you use it for a while and then go back to using the M24, you become such a great sniper. At least I know I did.

All I know is, from now on when I play american, I am using the M24. If im MEC or CHINA, I will use the M95, but I wont be happy. If anyone here has unlocked the M95 and havent used the M24 since since, Im telling you, use it for a round or two. You will see such a big difference.

i have realized that also...the M95's scope linings r much thicker than that of the m24, i just hope that DICE would make the sniper rifles more powerful and more zoom in upcoming patches!!

Isn't the M95 also louder than the already obvious M24? You're probably also getting killed that way when using the M95.

One of the old truths of sniping that was forgotten when BF2 came out, but still remains true with the M95, is that you have to move after a couple of kills are else risk being killed.

Well i agree the m95 has a LOT of shortcomings, but somehow, for some reason, i can hit at least 5 times betterwith it than with any other sniper rifle. (Managed to run outa ammo for the first time today and got stuck prigint the postol at a good 200 meters... never hit anyone though)

The problem with th em24 is only the maericans have it, china and mec (wich i often play) cant use it, so i just got used to using the m95 on all sides.

good to know you're sniping well though, i allways look kindly on good snipers.

Thats the reason I unlocked the L85A1. I hated the MEC and CHINA versions of the medic weapon.

wtf? the MEC ak101 is the greatest weapon in the game! the only realson why i unlocked the m95 is because the mec and chinese sniper weapons are a good damn joke... 3 hits to kill??

But when i'm USMC its m24 all the time baby.. unless some jerk parks the havoc ontop of the hotel and starts spamming with the gun. then i go m95 get to the high ground and snipe him out of it. and then get into a humvee and snipe him as he waits for the damn chopper!!!

but ak101 = good like, ak-47 not really as good, m16 = good but only at long/med range i hate the 3 round burst in close quarters.

idk why but when I use the m95 i seem to get more headshots than with the m24

You know, i bet you the reason why snipers dont have cross hairs when your not using scope is that the gun is soo powerful and whould kill every1 up close and would be such a cheap killing gun that EA decided to take the sight off so you cant aim without using the scope, thus not allowing you to shoot close up and only enabling you to snipe with it.
