Patch questions

I will be purchasing BF2 later this month (FINALLY!) and i was wondering about the patches.

do i need to download and install 1.01 first and then 1.02.... or can i just dl and install 1.02 and not use 1.01?

You can jsut download and install 1.02.

Well the 1.03 patch is out at the end of the month so you will probably just need that one once it gets released.

If you get the game before 1.03 comes out you will just need to download the 1.02 patch and apply that as that will take version 1.0 to 1.02 without having to install 1.01.

you can just use 1.02 straight on a clean install .. :)

Like it says above...1.02 only if you get it the game before 1.03 is released.
Your missing out hugely on this game as you haven't got it yet! OUCH!

i know, i need it now! the demo is beginning to get boring! im already in a clan with a mate and they are getting impatient, so im gonna play BF2 on this hunkajunk, then play it on my new pc later this year.

thanks for the patch answers, i wasnt looking forward to downloading 3 patches at once, when all i wanna do is play it!
