When you change classes the only thing that doesn't change is something to indicate what team your on, if you change to a class the only thing that changes is the new aquired classes attributes, if you go from medic to support, (and your on USMC) youre character will still be white, however, he will sprint for less and be able to take more hits, he won't magicly change race, or if you take a PLA or MEC class, you won't have their uniform.

In short, cosmetic stuff doesn't change, but balancing/technical issues change, this includes the uniform to indicate what team you are on.

Otherwise you could spawn as spec ops, kill an enemy anti tank take his class, look like your on his team, be able to sprint for just as long and take alot of hits, and would be the cheapest mo-fuc$%&@%$ out there.
