ive seen this as well in Karkand by the 2nd MEC node from the south. Outside the south wall of the flag, there is a trash bin and when its blown up, there are the teddybears

The pink teddy bears all in every map, you just have to look for them.

I only found three, Karkand, Clean Sweep, and Sharqi.
