I get that message on Gamespy and Comcast servers.

I got it a couple of times last week. Just retried a few times and I got past the message. I think you get it if the logon server is over loaded at a guess.

Kept happening for me today. Havne't tryed to login for a few hours, i don't know if its still like this.

It's been happening to me more often in the past 2 weeks. I just keep trying other servers untill it lets me in. I've never had it give me the message more than 5-6 times in a row when I tried a different server each time.
