China VS MEC

Why isn't there a map where its MEC VS China?

Seems very odd to me, if there were three superpowers fighting for supremecy as depicted in BF2 then surely the Arabs and the Chinese would also be at war?

Unless the thesis is they are protecting themselves from a U.S invasion which i guess given current events is likely.

I also don't get why none of the wars are on U.S soil? Whats up with that?

I am thinking they did it because Mec and China have very similar equipment in game. It might make things a bit bland but then why did they include both these sides when they are so similar. Maybe it would have been better to just have two armies and spend more time on making extra toys for both sides. Still I guess 3 playable armies looks better on the side of the box.

Apparently there is nothing to stop map creators having Mec vs. China maps though so no doubt these will start appearing soon.
