First off:

Celerons suck, get a P4, but regaurdless I think it should work.

My guess is that your video card is the culprit here. I will take a stab and say it is PCI and not AGP, inwhich case you are SOL.

If it happens to be AGP:
Start > Control Panel > Appearence and Themes > Display > Settings > Advanced > SmartGART - slide it down to 4x.

And while we're here, goto the VPU Recover tab, and uncheck it, as it is the devil.

Already esatblished that it is the Celeron processor he is using, it does not have enough L2 cache which is why it is unsupported.
