    Everything is sooo weak.

Is it me or does every bullet, shell, and missle I fire feel like it has the stoping power of a BB gun. I mean its amazing that you manage to land a 203 or Tank shell or missle right next to someone and some how they still survive...

The only time I feel like I have any power to stop something is when im firing the TV guided missle from a heli. That thing kicks ass and will take out anything in one blow.

Im never confident going into battle at CQB as the US unless I managed to steal an AK because I usually end up emptying an entire mag(when I dont have my sights up) into an enemy and yet he does die. Then he turns around takes one shot at me from medium range with an AK and BOOM HEADSHOT.

I guess nothing has the stoping power as it would in real life because of balance reasons...

So this brings me to my question. Is the PKM much different from the SAW? Is it a good unlock with lots of power?

I though the same thing when I first played bf2, that the guns where way too weak. However, once you start playing a lot, you realise it's just at the right level.

Try hitting your target by placing the crosshairs on it.......makes a world of difference. :p

For infantry, aim for upper chest/neck/head area for an instant kill.

Yes, I've tried to get into the same server as you , problem is the local servers here in OZ are always full. I usually end up playing on the Kiwi servers, they're roch and thoick full of n00bs.

ps..I don't play as vulcan online, so it couldn't have been me you killed. :p

only thing i think should be more powerful are the tank shells and splash damage of the rockets from helos suck.

The Tv missile is 1 shot destruction, and i love doing bombing runs with the F 15 or Su34 jets

The only strong weapons are vehicle fired weapons...

infantry weapons are pathetically weak. irl, a round from any of these assault rifles to the chest would kill you outright, or leave you dying on the ground. body armor wouldnt stop a bullet from an m16, an ak, an m4 (m4 is weaker than an m16 for some reason, they are the practically the same gun...) etc.

BF and CS are very much different, in CS people tend to aim lower, and it will kill faste, not so in BF.

PKM? that thing is just, man, it's my favorite now. It'll do the long range job well, and the short range job unstoppable.

just one hint, even if you only landed one shot, there is a big chance you will get a kill assist, and before, i used to get a lot of kill assist, now i get a lot of kills from that baby.

Nah, aiming at the target is a last resort. When the programmers considered the COF implimentation they took it slightly too literally. Putting the crosshairs on the target is a sure fire way to draw a nice circle around him :P.
