mouse will not move online

ok you have to reset your controls. Happened to me. Put them back to default.

but,i cant even pick a spawn point or kit

It isn't in-game.

Its before you go in-game. Goto your settings, and then select controls, and then hit "Defaults" (near the bottom of the screen).
