Looking for a server NETWORK. Not Clan.

Anyone know of any good or promising BF2 Networks? I'm looking at joining one and developing a Bot in partnership with a large network.

I bring skills in PHP, HTML, FLASH MX, mIRC scripting and lots of others.

I don't want to join some clan. I'm looking to work with a bf2 network.

Oh ya I forgot to mention. If I find a good network I will donate a full IRCd server under the networks name.

I found a few networks but none of them are just BF2 Networks(or atleast dedicated to it).


I would start my own but I can't afford server bills right now for a full dedicated server.

In a way I'm looking for a network like TotalBF2. I've always looked at TotalBF2 as more of just forums.

I'm looking for a medium sized network that people can relate to eachother in. I find TotalBF2 a little to big for that.

what do yu mean a bf2 network, like some community sites, you wanna work with say for instance someone who bring stuff to the bf2 community, like tbf2.com or got3n.com or bf2s.com???

I'm basically looking for a group that owns a few servers, a group of moderators to run them and forums. I'm interested in designing a bot for a network like this.

Check out www.tacticalgamer.com -- 2 public bf2 servers, amongst others... BF2 seems to be the most popular game there right now.

I think I may just have to find a few people and start a new network. It seems that all the networks that are on BF2 now are directed at a lot of games. I'm just looking for a network for bf2 and possibly anther 1 or 2 games but not a bunch.

There aren't any official BF2 forums for Canada and the US right now are there? I remember someone telling me that they only had them in other countries right now.

Exactly what are you looking to do with the bot? Have it control servers? Explain please.

I'm a mirc and PHP programmer and personally I hate the work EA does. On the last game I played(renegade) I had designed a bot that managed servers. I'm looking at doing that again for BF2.

What did my last bot do?
- Recognize Moderators
- Moderator Commands(!shun, !kick, !temp-ban, !ban)
- Multi-Server Management(Keeps servers running under the same configurations unless otherwise commanded)
- Working poll system
- User commands(!nextmap, !mods, !time(time current game has been going on), etc)

Those were a few of the things mine did.

Another one on the previous game I was at did a lot of extra stuff with C programs. Such as creates such as supply boxes that give you different things. Theres were extra commands added such as !teleport(to x, y, and z map coordinates). There was also a very handy command called !spectate which is used by moderators and admins to watch suspected cheaters(makes you invinsible so you aren't killed until you turn spectate off).

I plan on creating a bot again. I just need a network to put the bot on. EA's server manager sucks.
