Help With Editor - Simple Question

I've completed the Map tutorial using their My_Level folder. I can place all the spawnpoints, flags, jeeps, and barracks just as the tutorial mentions.

I followed everything step by step but it doesn't show up in the map selections in the game when you try to test the map.

It doesn't say anything to do other than "Save All" and shut down the editor and fire up BF2 and select the map in the multiplayer map area.

What do I need to do extra that the tutorial doesn't have in it? I'm sure there is something else but save all.

Any help from some of you wizards

No, It did not say to do that.

Hope this suggestion does not offend you but did you look for your map in the 'Unknown gamemode' section when firing up your local server? This simple omission got me a little confused on my first trial run.

custom maps come under all game modes...

wow that was a bump and a half....

If Doug M is still around here and hasnt solved it or given up... another reason might be becuase that theres no Info folder with You_Level.desc in it.
