Ok I have $550 to spend on a new computer to play BF2. Here is what I came up with,
Abit IS7-V2 Intel Socket 478 ATX Motherboard
Intel Celeron D 345 3.06GHz Processor
Ultra 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory
Soyo Mid-Tower ATX Case and 400w PSU
XFX Geforce 6800 128MB AGP 4X/8X Video Card
Western Digita 80GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA150
Rosewill Black 16X DVD/52X CD Combo Drive
The Total is $461. The rest is for shipping and a desk and chair. My grandfather gave me a moniter and speakers. The barebones kit comes with a keyboard and mounse. Did I miss anything.

I would wait till you have more money. 512 will run the game, but several people report problems with it. Also the 478 has a lower FSB, which will really kill your performance in-game.

Well Its all the money I have and this computer Im on cant even play BFV. I have another stick of 512MB of PC27777 i think

What do you all need? A complete system or what? Cuz if you can save your HD, CD-ROM, and CASE, it would help a ton.
