soemone threw a nade at you or one went off near you or a tank shot its main cannon near you or arty was falling near you. regular gun attacks don't cause shellshock.

I like it, and they probably wont remove it. You might want to get used to it.

I hate shellshock (aka drunk mode) cuz it murders the FPS of my non supported GPU. I usually pull out a nade or something so all the times I get killed in it show up there so I can see my stats when im actually able to fight.

It's hell on the FPS, that's for sure. I love the effect, and it adds to the challenge of the game. It just gives you one more reason to fear artillery, tanks, bombs or grenades.

I love it, one of the best things in battlefield, adds just that extra bit of realism.

I like the stunned/shellshock effect. I think it adds to the game. I can't remember right now, but do you get it say, if an AT rocket hits the tank you are in, or is it just for infantry?

Not if everybody had the option of turning it off. Afterall turning lighting down to low provides more visibility, and I don't see anybody calling that a cheat.

annoying when it happens but it all adds to the excitement

Once they nuke the assults gp-30 & m203 in the next patch, I think assault should receive an additional smoke grenade and 1 or 2 shock grenades (flashbangs? concussions?).

These would rock for many situations, giving you a clear advantage in 1 vs 2 or even 1 vs 3 situations.


Than again if people start spamming them it may make the game miserable for the rest of the players

Actually I find that if you survive getting shot by the bh's gattling gun you go into a shell shock state. Whats up with that? Kind of annoying when your trying to shoot the damn thing down.

Perhaps it's a bug. Other than that I don't mind the shell shock in the game.
