Anyone like the old commander menu compared with the actual?

Head to the bottom of the page to see the four commander screens taken from an earlier build of BF2. I actually like them better than the design and colour scheme that made it into the final release.

The blue tinge is a nice touch, hmm perhaps a mini-mod down the road will let people customise the commander menu.

i would like that but i guess the makers just got lazy and didn't wanna fix the bugs that must of been showing up with that menu

Man that is a heck of alot better. Iunno but that orangish one we got now just bugs me. I like the blue screen, it looks more realistic, like your actually looking at a computer/satelite, not some arcade game console at the local pizza shop.

That blue screen makes me remember the room in "behind enemy lines" LoL, I wish they made it blue. Instead of going with the most commander color in the game (ORANGE/BROWN/Orangishbrown) LoL
