Kicked for excessive TK?

Anyone know why I would get kicked from the game and have the message that punkbuster kicked me for an excessive amount of teamkills when I never even got into the game. This happened right after the loading and client varification, I didn't even get the spawnpoint map.

I dont know what causes this but it happens to me sometimes its really anoying.

I got kicked and perminatly banned from one server for excessive TK. I didn't have a single team kill, so yes its a serious bug and hopefully Dice will fix it.
