All seeing eye friend problem

the friends list doesn't work with my all seeing eye..they never show up as online or playing.
the friends box on connection says initializing but then stays blank.

anyone come across this before ?

You are probably better off posting at www.udpsoft.com . The buddy tracker is a bit flakey at times.
