There should be a law against unfinshed software. Car makers couldn't sell half finished cars and ship the last bits to you over a few months after you bought it. The same goes for just about any other product except PC software. Yes there will always be small problems. It will happen with the massive variety of systems but they should use that quoted phrase above as a yardstick. If you find something like that in software it shouldn't ship.
