Knife badge not recieved ...

Hey,

I recently (after a lot of trying) earned my knife-badge (basic).

I didn't show in my stats cause of the server crash last friday (I got it on a linux server). I'm really bad with the knife so I'd really like this badge ! Who do I mail for this ?

You won't get it, you have to try it again, all Linux stats got whiped unfortunately.

Web Viper just practice, practice, practice.

Trust me you will improve with the knife a lot, I started off struggling to get 7 knife kills in 1 round to begin with just as yourself, but after a couple days I was getting 10-12 easily (however you do tend to die a lot), and it's probably one of the easier medals to get the veteran and expert award for cos you don't need many global kills.

A few obvious tips;

Quick urban maps such as Sharqui Peninsula and especially Strike at Karkand are best, and try a 32 player server on a 32-size map.

It's not so much about what you do in the final moments or where or how you aim, it's all about knowing where your enemy is (UAV), where they will be anticipating you and going around them to sneak up where you won't be noticed.

Probably the best rush in the game.

7 is way too easy to get...just camp teh spawn points and knife em as soon as they respawn

yeah camp wait and jump to the enemy i have get that badges with dragon valley as a USMC going to there first spawn get that dudes on the igla and just wait untill somewhine respawn and stab that dick head (succes ermee)

I think it's hard to get the knife award to, still don't have it actualy, tryd on karkand but after like 5 knife kills the round ended because my team was like the wurt in the world

Or just join a knife only server and get it easily. =o
