Can't connect to any servers

I start up BF2 one night, update my servers, refresh, and go to join a nice, low pinged server with open slots. Instead saying the server's full or anything, I quickly see the Updating server list thing pop up for a second, then I'm back at my server browser, as if I had not tried to join a server.

That happens whenver I try to join any server.

I used pbweb the other night and updated my punkbuster files, but that didn't fix it. I saw if I could run my own singleplayer server, which I could.

I'm on the verge of reinstalling. Any ideas?

Go to Program files>EA GAMES>Battlefield 2>Support>Battlefield 2_code and type your CD-key there. Then it works. :)
