problem about ribbon /badge bugged

Hi people ,
two days ago i got both "the Basic Ground Defense Badge" and "The Ground Defense Ribbon" , later when i looked at my rewards , none of the point i got and rewards this day was recorded . then it started to rework , but i still didnt have those two rewards .
So i tryed to get them back with no luck (even thought i stayed well more than 5 minuts in tow and got a bunch of kills that way ).
i sent a supoort to EA , and i'm still waiting for their reply .
Does anyone got a bug like that ?

that happened happened to me i got a badge for the avaitor and a ribbon for been in the parachute for a certain amount of time or sumting like that. that was about a week ago. I dont know what it is. sorry

it happened to me to i was awarded the purple hart and it never came to my screen to this day im still angry and the ribbion that you are talking about sonnie is the air borne ribbion you have to go to a high altitude and then parachue down and when you hit the ground you get the ribbion
