Help the guy that made the El_El_Alamein map!

he made his map and it works perfect for him, but when others download it, they cant play it.

he has.
he had client and server, and than init.con and a folder called Info.
but in INFO folder there was a IE file, u open it and it opens it in Internet explorer.
I think he needs a .desc file like other maps, and some images of the map.
