Basic Engineer Combat? And strongest pistol

Two birds with one stone here.

Have you guys gotten the Basic Engineer Combat? I have had the hardest time. I swear I've gotten more than 10 kills on foot (A LOT more in a tank). I don't understand how to get this badge.

Also, what is the strongest pistol? I'm going for the pistol badge as well.

uh...all the basic badges are easy as hell to get o.O

Just get shotgun + city map = 1 shot kill unless you have chicken wings for hands

Play Strike at Karkand (64 players).
Be a USMC engineer.
Get in a tank/LAV.
Camp at the cross roads.
Pick off 10 MEC units crossing the road.
Drum roll.

all pistols are the same. but i like the MEC one the best. for some reason(scratches head) but whatever floats your boat 4000 more till Sergeant!

I've gotten the basic engie combat by using mines. Clean Sweep is the best map for this IMHO. As much as I hate that map, its great for engies. That middle point has two decent choke points that if you place mines in strategic places you can rack up the kills, as well as negative teampoints, but you will get the badge.
