Well people say on Mashtuur City that the blackhawk is too powerful so why not just replace it with two MH-6's. They can be taken out easy so no flag capping with them but good at ldropping off troops and pulling out in just seconds.

Whos to say the mh-6 wouldn't be as powerful as the blackhawk? Besides that the blackhawks are not to powerful. I've taken out quite a few with the grenade launcher and anti tank rockets on that map.

I am hoping the Littlebird will make an appearance in a patch/expansion, otherwise I'm sure we'll see it in someone's mod before long.

The Littlebirds in Desert Combat were my favorite - whether they had the miniguns strapped to them or not! I loved teaming up with someone on the capture-the-flag games. Drop them in from a decent height, then swoop down just as they grab the flag to pick them up. The next 30-60 seconds while you hide and fly around the very edge of the map with the enemy staring helplessly at the blinking name tag in the distance were priceless.

..and yes, we'll see a capture-the-flag game mode included with this patch/expansion/mod as well, along with co-op, laser designator binoculars, teamwork points available for all kit types, different warning symbols for mine/claymore/c4, end to teamswitching the commander/squads, fixed TK system, local "shout mode" voice chat, improved commander "squad" interface and also those rideable camels that were in DC too! :)

Yay, too bad that's not true, we'll probably see a few jet skis and a pink buggy, along with a dart gun or whatever else DICE and EA think is cool for Special ops. :|:

I wasn't talking about the MH-6 with guns/rockets attached to them, I was talking about these ones.

god i love little birds especially in desert combat...simply cos i had kick ass machine guns and i could mow down ppl with that little heli...

Dude the Raptor would be sick, but it has NO Affiliation with the USMC. I believe the only branch to use it is the AF. There aren't that many of them since they cost $99 million dollars. Yes that is right. Raptor is super expensive, although it is a great fighter, the F-15E is getting the job done just fine now, 296 planes shot down/no F-15's shot down. That's pretty good.

Try taking out a Full BlackHawk (good pilot) with 3 engineers & 2 medics on Mashtuur.

I think the little birds would a good trade off for the BlackHawk in some maps , the BW is just to strong , how can you justify a helo that will stand up to a shot from a 120mm MBT cannon ??????????????

I think it would be a great idea to replace some of the blackhawk spawns, especially on the city maps with Littlebirds, the blackhawks can be far too powerfull.
I liked the littlebirds that had no weapons (guns/rockets) in DC and I think that they helped encourage a bit of teamplay and tactics instead of blackhawk ownage that is far too common in BF2.

I loved running people over with the littlebirds in DC...

lol i know its sort of a super super air superiority fighter and they cost a shed load...maybe they could just be used on maps with airfields i dunno but those planes are cool with the vectored thrust and all....but i saw a praogram where they did war games they had one f22 raptor against 6 f15s or something...f22 won it hands down hehe

the MEC or chinese could have the Mig 1.44 MFI and im sure theres some other super plane the chinese could have hehe

Well, i think it would be nice to see that chopper in game, it would remind me nice DC times. However, imagine two of that things flying over mashur city and having fire power, I would love it to clean up the strees but for the ppl who always complain about the blackhawk i think i would be even worse as those small choppers would be more difficult to hit. I can imagine a guy in a MEC Tank saying: Damn crazy bees, stop for a while!!! I can't hit the **** u.
