Game crashes at 15% loading

hey all
With my costom map, the game exits at 15% loeading,
I heard it had something to do with height maps, but I still dont understand.
Can someone help me?

try disabling your surrounding terrain or put some textures on it

Welcome to map editing, and it's inexplicable CTDs. :P

As kilaD said, check you haven't accidently enabled the surrounding areas but haven't painted on them.

Also, run the game in a lower resolution than your desktop resolution, and add the +fullscreen 0 switch to the BF2 shortcut. (it probably says +fullscreen 1 at the moment).

This makes it run in a window, and you'll get an error message instead of a CTD. This might point you in the right direction.

nope, your all wrong :P, it turns out it was the overgrowth and undergrowth atlases that cause it to crash, yay, cause ive tried everything on the heightmap crap.
