What should i set them as?

Hi i have a Radeon 9600 series 256mb and just wondered if it could handle battlefield 2. So please can you tell me if it can handle the game and if it will only work with low,medium or high grahpics setting.

Depends on the model. 9600XT plays pretty well. You should be able to play with any 9600 series card, but it'll probably be low maybe some mediums if you want good FPS. Other factors such as soundcard, processor, and quality/quantity of memory play key roles in determining playability. I'd start at 1024X760 no lighting or shadows, AA off, view at 100% and everything else low. Then work your way up with each setting.

yeah i have the 9600xt at my moms and it runs fine. Mostly medium settings and some high too. 100% view distance and no lag.
