Poll: Should Kick votes take less People?

Many times I've gone to the trouble to initiate a kick vote against someone becuase he was griefing. I have yet to see this feature used successfully.

How can we fix this issue?

1. A vote takes 3/4 of your team to be successful.
2. Vote needs entire team to be successful.
3. Vote needs 2/3 of team to be successful.
4. No change.
5. Remove it and leave it to the admins, I hate seeing those kick vote messages all thorugh the match.

personly i dont think it needs to change because on a few of the servers i play on theres a always one or 2 jackasses that wanna boot you for being commander when they wanted to or taking their tank or something retarted like that....then again it is impossible to get someone booted even if he is driving damaged humvees into your tank to give you tks ugh the pain in the ass

well, considering the options are for your own team to vote only, i think he means for people only on your team who are tking or whatever. kicking somone on the opposite team because they are killing you too much is stupid.

you vote no change but you can try to kick someone on the opposite team as it is now i believe.

Last kick vote I saw was against me because I was trying to alert an admin to the fact we had two points farmers on my team. Thing is on a 64 player server 13 players voted yes to this kick when they really must have had no idea why the kick came up.

The point I am making is a lot of kick votes are not valid and many players vote yes without knowing anything about why the vote came up. This to me says lets not make it any easier to get a kick as lots of inoccent players will end up getting kicked as a result.

definatly needs to change. theres maybe been 1 time out of 100 that someone gets kicked, even if the guy is being a total asshat and has a score of -200

I dont think it should change, the reason many votes arent passed are because people dont care. Meaning they have no problem with the person. I've seen quite a few stupid kick votes. I was owning with my G36C and they tried to kick vote me. But nobody else voted which is a good thing.

There are times when someone really pisses enough people off to get kicked. I once had a commander on a 64 player server. He dropped an artillery barrage on top of our entire team, which was enough to piss people off to kick him out.


But the fact is the kick vote works that way for a reason. I dont understand why you people try to change it. It works like that for a reason, to keep asshats from using it just because people are owning you, or to kick you out of being a commander.



Put it this way: How would you like it if you were getting that gold metal and your owning everyone, but then they decide to kick vote you, and because you dont need a lot of votes you get booted. You'd be pretty pissed and come here with your ass complaining about kick vote abuses.

I can't remember a round without someone trying to mutiny the commander (usually at the start of the round, because they didn't get to be commander), kick someone constantly or change the map to Karkand. Enough already.

you can only call 1 kick vote every 5 minutes.

I'd rather each player could only call 1 vote per round.

We don't need to be constantly barraged by kick votes and map change votes, if you think it's important enough to have players vote, then use your 1 vote option to start a kick/mapchange, whatever.

The fact that a team of 32 players cannot kick a member of their own team with 31 votes is ridiculous. (That would be everyone on one team cep the tk'r in question. The opposite team should not be included in kick votes. Map change votes fine, but kick votes should be your team only, and voted by on your team only.

I think to boot the commander, should be 3/4. To boot an individual asshat, 1/2. Map change, 1/2.

Mainly because of the fact that I've been on the end result of a kick vote for not even doing anything.
