My sister and my mom bother me. They say that im getting pall and I never go outside if the yell and complain I either close my door and lock it or I put the volume to the absolute highest until they get tired of talking over firefights and hearing massive airstrikes!!!

I get called a loser. But whatever, i just make it clear that if i have to stop then she cant do something she likes anymore while shes with me. i.e snowboard, swim, etc.

i got her to play Counter-Strike Classic for a while. I dont kno if BF2 will fit her fancy though..

my girl used to bug me all the time to not play so much...but then one day i showed her how to play and let her have the reins for a bit. since then, she's been bugging me almost everyday to play a little. problem solved =]

The best excuse to sue on mothers and brothers is, yeah, ill stop after this round, then you make up stuff like hangon, only gotta kill a few more guys to get this rare award. Im making friends with a guy named (some guy), if i get off now i wont see him again... lol

The other day.

My wife says;
"That Game is more important!"
I say;
"That TV is more important!"

If she decides that the Internet goes off. I decide, cable goes off. Fair and square.

She never argues with me. She has her time, I have my time. TV is hers, PC is mine. When free time, TV makes me fall asleep, and she knows that. As long as we love each other, and there for each other forever. That is more important. When she really wants me off the PC, she will ask and I will, also vise versa when I want something. We do have moments for each other. We are not young anymore.

ok well i KNOW im 1 of the lucky 1's ..
My wife is a gamer as well . she is mad into PS2 + she likes FPS ( pc ) games as well . She was an Americas Army fan for a long ltime until all the kiddies started to join up and ruin the game with their cheats .ect...
so she doesnt give me any grief at all . its nice to play from 20:00 until 02:00 and not hear a single word about it ...


but on the other hand i have a friend that has a girlfriend and she is on his case all the time . if he checks his mail she is ripping her hair out that he is on the PC and not paying attention to her : FFS that would suck .
+ another firend has just paid ( built his PC ) $5,300 USD on his machin to watch films + game . MONSTER machine , and he gets to play max about 1 hours a day..
OMG that is horrible, i tell him but WTF can one do about it .
he says cash in the wife for another PC ..LOL crazy brits

My wife gives me absolutley NO GRIEF when it comes to gaming. We have been married for 6 years, and shortly after we started dating I started playing a little game called EQ. Well needless to say, I started playing way to much, and she began to give me grief about it daily. One day, she said, "I am so sick of you playing EQ all time. I dont know how much more I can take. You need to get out of the house more" So, I looked her right in the eye and said, "you know honey, your right. I am gonna quit it." I turned off my pc and spent the rest of the night with her. The next day, She suggested we go out to the movies after work.

" Sorry honey", I said "I'm gonna go grab a few beers with guys and watch the game." " Ohh, ok" was all she could muster. I got home about 2 am that night. The next morning she woke me up around noon, so we could go to the mall. " Sorry babe, Im playing golf with Ryan and Bill." hmmmmmm.....

This went on for a week until It climaxed with me stumbling home drunk at 5 am, after another night out with guys. The next day she suggested, maybe I should just hang out more at home with her. So thats exactly what I did. I never left her alone. I would ask her a million questions about what she was doing, where she was going etc. After a week of that. She encouraged me to start playing EQ again :)

7 years later and not a single word about my gaming time :)

If I give her a good back massage she usually gives me a pass to play for the night..! Its the start of a ton of arguments for sure...! She is just jealous..! Crazy Chick... She has played a lil but our 2 year old wont let her sit here for more than two min. Poor girl, oh well more for me....!

its simple if my lady is around i get of the puter, cause if i put the same amount of effort into her as i do battlefield 2 i will get something out of it.... e.g.... bust a nut lol... come on guys play bf2 when ur alone have sex while ur misses is their.... or lay the ground work for it

My Wife plays more than I do(she way beyond Corporal now) so I have ZERO issues with gaming, 2 PCs in the same room we often play together and are always a good team

YEpp i can relate to this .. we used to play just about everyday when AA was in good shape . but then she slowly moved over to PS2 . which is fine by me .. PS2 is fun but for me its the PC + FPS that tickles my toes ..
but its funny to see that maybe 40% of us have understanding women .. i mean WTF how many people SIT infront of the TV everynight around the world showing them adverts ( semi brain washing )1 after another and noone thinks this anything of this . but man if it comes to PC gaming then people cannot understand.. in short i have a friend that is not into computers at ALL , when they stop by for dinner parties and a few other friends as well , he always has some negative remark about my time spent at the computer ( IM a programmer as well ) and how i play these KIDS games .. while the rest of the friends that are over are mad gamers as well so we win the argument in a few minutes ..but its not who is right , its just what type of intertainment we choose . i choose PC games =FPS to fill up my late nights .
some choose films or TV shows -<-- that for me isnt happening . i dont watch TV , only films or the olympics . but here in sweden ATM we only have 4 channels and most of the time its just crap . so i dont use/watch it ..
