One unlock for every class. Scroll through classes and see the different unlocks.

Your first unlock comes at Lance Corporal(1000 pts) and then at Cpl(10,500 pts)...and so on.
Since you won't get another unlock for a VERY long time, I suggest downloading the single player demo, editing the python file and then playing with each of the unlocks to see which one you like best. Search the forums for information on how to do this.
