is there any way to somewhat reformat my computer but not reformat it. is there someway i can do something without the hassle of reformatting

How about running the disk cleaner and disk defragmenter.Comment

there is system restore. that rolls back ur PC from when u last reformated it. or when u got ur PC. basicly undoes everything u done. which includes installtions. basicly ur post was a waste there is no safe reformat.Comment
